Soul of Sicily offers cooking programs in Noto, Sicily, and was the first to do so in this corner of Southern Sicily in 2006. Culinary programs are based in Noto, Italy, and private cooking classes are at ther villa in the countryside -- surrounded by ancient olive trees -- just ten minutes from baroque Noto. Soul of Sicily's founder, Renée Restivo appeared on The Travel Channel, spoke as an expert at The New York Times Travel Show and gave a seminar about Mediterrean food for The New York Public Library.
